MIT World Peace University, School of Law located in Pune, Bharat aims to strengthen the foundations of legal knowledge among the students and provide them with an opportunity, in building a career, in the diversified fields that legal education offers. The BBA LL.B. (Hons.) program is an integrated five-year undergraduate program which is structured in a way so that the students shall be trained for the business world as well as litigation &adjudicatory practice. The LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) is a three-year law program which focuses on the study of in-depth analysis of all the relevant laws and is structured in a way so that the students shall be trained for the understanding of law, as well as the critical, analytical, and strategic thinking skills necessary for the field of law.MIT-WPU, School of law is a centre for scientific, educational, and spiritual development of youth, which enables students to face challenges of the outside world by incorporating best of academics, industrial, research and value–based education.

Leadership

Discoverlaw - Dr. Pournima Inamdar, Head of School, MIT WPU, School of Law.

Prof. Pournima completed her Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) in 1998, her Master of Laws (LL.M) in 2004 and her PhD in 2017 from Nagpur University. She is the Head of School at MIT-WPU Faculty of Law. Prior to joining academia, she worked as an Advocate for 4 years before the Bombay High Court (Nagpur Bench). She has a total of 15 years of Teaching Experience in various Law and Management Colleges across Maharashtra. Some of the top institutes that she has worked with are Symbiosis Law School, Pune, ILS Law College, Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College, Pune, and MIT-WPU Faculty of Management.

She has attended numerous Seminars and Conferences. She has also presented papers and published articles extensively in National and International Journals.
